This is one of our most popular tours and is in keeping with our relaxed and scenic tours. On clear days with scenic views as we cross moorland, dales, a historic railway, one or two fords (8 depending on the route we take and weather conditions) and a historical beacon. Danby’s 17th Century beacon has sensational 360 degree panorama of moor, dale and sea. The world’s most popular heritage steam railway the North Yorkshire Moors Railway crosses our path where the magnificent steam engines ruled the railways. Then there is the water and depending on the time of year, plenty of it!

This tour usually starts and finishes in the quaint market town of Stokesley.
